Yoga

Hatha Yoga incorporates physical yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation and meditation. The focus is on releasing tension from the body and mind, whilst strengthening and opening the various aspects of our body and being.

Hatha Yoga classes are on Tuesday  and Thursday nights with Bonnie.
