Monday Night & Wednesday Morning Meditation Course
Kush runs a five week course (see timetable for dates) which gives you a basic introduction to meditation.
Meditation has a proven record in its ability to reduce stress, improve health, awaken happiness and give a clear perspective on life. A meditator can integrate a sense of calmness into everyday activities and transform negative situations into something positive. To learn to meditate you need an experienced teacher and a well defined path.
